• Generate previews
• Print and fulfill your orders
• Provide customer support

This license exists solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to use all uploaded content.
• Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• You have obtained necessary permissions from individuals appearing in photographs where required.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

You may not upload content that:

• Violates applicable laws
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains defamatory, abusive, or harassing material
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Contains unlawful, obscene, or fraudulent content

We reserve the right to remove content or refuse service if content violates these Terms.

WanderBooks may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to:

• Organize photographs
• Remove duplicates
• Suggest layouts
• Generate captions
• Create draft photobook previews

AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience only and may require human review.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

Before printing, customers may receive a digital proof or preview.

It is your responsibility to carefully review:

• Spelling
• Captions
• Layouts
• Image placement
• Dates
• Personal information

Once a design is approved, WanderBooks is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved version.

All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and additional fees may be added during checkout.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

WanderBooks does not store full credit card or banking information.

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Delays may occur due to:

• Printing issues
• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Customs requirements

WanderBooks is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Because WanderBooks products are personalized and custom-made, refunds are generally not available for:

• Customer-approved design errors
• Minor color variations caused by printing processes

We may, at our discretion, offer replacements or refunds in cases involving:

• Printing defects
• Manufacturing defects
• Shipping damage
• Incorrect product fulfillment

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

The WanderBooks name, logo, branding, website content, designs, software, and related materials are owned by WanderBooks or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Resell
• Reverse engineer

any portion of our services without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated bots or scraping tools
• Interfere with website functionality
• Upload malicious software
• Use the website for unlawful purposes

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• Uninterrupted availability
• Error-free operation
• Complete accuracy of website content
• Suitability for a particular purpose

Use of the website and services is at your own risk.
